The aim of this project by Realside, NPM, and CREO was to create a modern and functional office space that would attract and retain tenants. The space needed to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of tenants over time.

The scope of the project included the demolition and fit-out of various areas such as the reception area, waiting area, zoom rooms, meeting rooms, and kitchens, open plan offices, furniture, finishes, and upgraded services.

After the completion of the project, Realside was able to lease a space to the City of Subiaco Council and the Mayor’s Office.

Our Solutions

The collaboration between CREO Design Group and NPM resulted in a modern and functional office space that attracted potential tenants. The furniture fit-out provided flexibility, functionality, and durability, meeting the changing needs of the tenants. The demolition and fit-out of various areas were executed seamlessly, with minimal disruption to the building’s occupants.

The furniture was carefully selected to complement the modern aesthetics of the building. The finishes and materials used in the furniture and fit-out were selected to create a cohesive and unified design.
