This building dates back to the 19th century and in 1915 became WA’s first Branch Office of the Royal Bank of Australia. It was then remodelled in 1939 during real estate development in Perth following the gold boom.
This space has now been transformed into a vibrant, engaging modern workplace. A true reflection of Idoba’s philosophy of co-creating a better future.
Our project team collaborated with interior designers to develop a space that promoted communication and interaction. The open plan layout was optimized to allocate areas for individual workstations, collaborative zones, meeting rooms, and breakout areas.
Acoustic screens were added to provide privacy, reduce noise distractions, and enhance concentration.
